On Saturday 25 of April  at 11 PM EST we are going to start a hardware upgrade on server 21, this will result with a downtime of 4-5 hours since we need to migrate the data to the new server.

We will update this ticket with any news whenever we get them. Please do not open a help desk ticket nor request support in any other way about this, we appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.
