We provide support for our servers and plans. We do not provide support for 3rd party scripts, web design, or coding how to's. We provide open forums at http://forums.downtownhost.com for help with these other things. Both staff and experienced users monitor the forums.

We offer 24/7 e-mail support. You may email support@downtownhost.com with your questions and they will be answered in the order in which they arrive. We have some of the best response times in the industry.
