Your site might be down temporarily, while switching providers. This might be due to 2 things. First, your previous host might have suspended your account before you (or we) have managed to transfer all your files to Downtown Host and set up your new account. To avoid this downtime, before you start moving your site, please make sure you have at least 24 hours before the expiration of your old account.
Another possible reason for downtime is that the DNS settings might not be pointed to Downtown Host after your account was set up. Or, you might have pointed the DNS settings to Downtown Host too early â€“ before your Downtown Host account was activated.
